CNC officially became a faith-based nonprofit (501(c)(3)) organization in late 2017. We've assisted several families with groceries, household goods, clothing, and distributed over 500 Christmas gifts to low-income children. We connect single parents with employment opportunities, resumes, and on occasion, assist in locating a suitable place to live. This year, we've provided groceries, furniture, and clothing to several single parents. We started a program called "Bridges" where we provide food bags from Friday to Monday when resources are not available along with starting a school pantry in Fort Worth.
Our vision for homeless single parents is to a community of transitional tiny homes with specific programs in place to help them succeed.
Chat N Chew (CNC) began in the living room of our Founders' home. She invited a diverse group of women who expressed a need and/or an interest in helping others. They shared a similar passion not only in their faith in God but in serving those, who are struggling due to domestic violence or situations beyond their control. Our mission is tied to our Founders' personal experience dealing with domestic abuse, homelessness, and single-parenting. We are a 100% volunteer-based organization focused on elevating single-parents from homeless to hopeful. Our purpose is to RESTORE stability, RECLAIM independence, and REJOICE as they emerge from their situation.
We are blessed to be supported by the following businesses:
To empower couples with tools for a successful marriage.

I'm excited to be launching this brand and sharing it with all of you! I’ve collaborated with ChatNChew because it's a great resource for single parents. A portion of our proceeds is donated to CnC to help with their mission.

While working at an Architectural firm in Washington, D.C., I would cringe as I watched old design samples being tossed in the garbage. I saw the value in these samples and ventured out to create hundreds of handmade accessories using new, vintage, repurposed/upcycled materials.
